Back from the ride, it was a great 60 mile ride, we cut it short because of the heat. I hurt but it is a good hurt with over 5700 of climbs

Heading out for 75 to 80 mile ride up KIngs Ridge to Fort Ross, great ride with lots of hills, my legs already hurt.

Back home, but I fell today, my ego is more hurt than my body.

Heading out from work a little early, biking for a 40 mile ride with a stop at Starbucks, their blended Lemonaid is great.

Finished a 50 mile ride that included riding over Sweetwater Springs. A great day in Sonoma.
