Got a call from the vp of our client about the outage. She's a ball buster. Not surprised shit gets done when she steps in
Wonder how long the deisel powered generator lasts? Power co. is nowhere to be found to fix the outage.

Building is on generator. Power went out last night. Chaos hayhem and disorder.

turned the call queue monitor off. Numbers would scare reps. Monday our total calls exceeded those projected for *the week*
Wednesday. Meetings day. Wait that's *every* day.
done with the office work. cleaned out my mailbox, too. not that it will help much by tomorrow
