So I've discovered that the Vignette app actually takes a better photo than the stock Aria camera app. Good to know.

Nevermind. Just read an article where this particular camera doesn't like rechargeable batteries. I put regular in it and it's working!
My old digital camera has died. I'm in the market for a new inexpensive point and shoot. I hear the Nikon Coolpix is good.
