I would like to begin with a quote from an incredible American Entrepreneur, Donald Trump, which goes "My policy is to learn from the past, focus on the present, and dream about the future." A strong quote that helped him from a downfall that almost nobody thought he would bounce back from. In 1990, he underwent a debt so large from the range of 975 million to almost two billion dollars where he almost went bankrupt. He had to hand over a lot of holdings to the creditor bank but by the end of 1990s, he bounced back. "The best investor is one who learns from a downfall and picks themselves back up and just learns from their mistake."(Rich Dad Poor Dad)

Donald John Trump was born in June 14, 1946, in New York, NY. He was the third generation in his family, coming from a family of businessmen. Fred Trump, the father of Donald taught Donald all the entrepreneurial skills he knows. He was the son of a self-millionaire, which Fred picked up his skills from realizing he had to help support his family due to the death of his father. Fred started his own business where he learned all the money was in real estate. By Donald's father he learned to recognize a good deal and jumped on it for the reason he was learning at such a young age. In 1968, he graduated business school in the major of finance. Shortly, after school he joined a club where he would make his contacts. In 1975, he made his first purchase of a run-down hotel. He began to place his name on anything he touched.

He was on his way to becoming one of the most powerful real estate businessman in the `80s with buildings such as Trump Tower on 5th avenue a skyscraper, Trump Parc, The Plaza Hotel which is the tallest building on the Upper East Side, and the New Jersey Generals. Also having the Trump Palace, which are the condominiums that overlook Central Park, the Trump international Hotel and Tower even penetrating the casino business in Atlantic City and transportation with the Trump Shuttle airline. He also had some luxury properties including the Seven Springs Mansion, which is located in Bedford, New York, and the Mar-a-Lago Club in Palm Beach, Florida. In Atlantic City, the casinos hotels that bear his name include: Trump Plaza Hotel and Casino on the Boardwalk, Atlantic City's only four star and diamond hotel Trump's Castle Casino Resort in the Marina District and four star Trump Taj Mahal the world's largest and most luxurious hotel/casino ever built. The Trump organization is the largest gaming hotel operator in the world, which only hires professionals who are the best of the best in their specific industry.
