I want to be a neonatal nurse practitioner, the reason I want to become a neonatal nurse is because I have a real soft spot for baby. To be a neonatal nurse you have to give special attention to all type of babies. You have to focuses on taking care of ill or newborn infants. You don’t just have to work with infants you will have to work with the family members. I will be able to get close to family member and inform them how the infant is doing and is wrong with the baby.

You need to get used to being ready for anything that happens. Your personality has to be good because you are working with babies. You must have patience because there will be more than one baby you will have to take care of. You have to care for what you are doing, but not too much. You must have a neonatal nurse or and advanced nurse practitioner. Complete an approved neonatal nurse program. You have to be a RN for 3-5 years but to be a RN you will be required to have a RSN. You have to have a little experience in neonatal unit for 2 years before taking the graduating course so that you won’t take an emotional toll. You must have an educations you have to become a RN or NP.
You can get up to $51,560 or $94,370 it just depends how long you’ve been there and what level you are one. You hours will have some effect on how much you will earn. Your beginning average salary will start around fifty-two thousand five hundred sixty dollars a year, your max will be ninety four thousand three hundred seventy dollar.
