In regard to ASEAN vision "One Vision, One Identity, One Community", also to the partnership in a community of caring societies, the ASEAN Leaders in 2003 resolved that ASEAN Community (AC) shall be established in 2020. This accomplishment, however, can only be accomplished when supporting factors are provided to sustain economic activities.
