We could say that my motivation is mainly intrinsic because I want to be satisfied with my career. All those years I have spent in a classroom taking notes and all those hours I have spent on doing homework would definitely pay off if I accomplish this goal. My attitude toward the learning process will definitely help the achievement of my goal because I have a strong desire to learn. Along with my desire to learn I have a greater desire to accomplish something in my life, that being me satisfied with working hard all those years in school to finally have a career that I love. To this day, I keep making adjustments towards attitude toward the learning process to obtain my career. Educationally, I do not have any. Career wise, I always learn about new paths I can take with the degree I am pursuing. An adjustment I would have to make would have to be to choose a career and chase it without question.
