The origin of the new AT&T was the culmination of the progress in communications in the United States. In 2007 leading by Randall L. Stephenson chairman and chief executive officer AT&T Inc. had revenues of $120 billion and is listed on the New York Stock Exchange, with a fortune 500 company. AT&T is one of 30 stocks that make up the Dow Jones Industrial average.
