It is easier to go to a drive through at a fast food restaurant than to have a healthy home cooked meal. Many people would rather share a cold one with their friends than go to a gym and exercise. Many people have such a busy schedule that they don’t have any time to improve what they are doing to work on a healthier lifestyle. Some of the benefits of living a healthy lifestyle could include; disease prevention, injury prevention, increased energy, a healthy weight, or good mental health.
