Civilization AnalysisThe United States of AmericaOh say! Can you see, by the dawns early light, what so proudly we hail'd at the twilights last gleaming? Whose broad stripes and bright stars, thro' the perilous fight, O'er the rampart we wach'd were so gallantly streaming? That is part of the Star Spangled Banner. It is the National Anthem of the United States of America. America is among the most proud nations in the world. It has overcome many difficulties and has become now, the last remaining superpower. American was not always like this though. In the early days nobody could tell that America would even be a part of this world today. Before 1776 The United States was not even a thought. 1776 was a fresh start for the colonies; The new world colonies had just won a major war over the superpower Britain and were ready for their freedom. The American Revolution did not actually end until 1789 but the turning point of the war was when the declaration of independence was written, founding The United States of America in 1776. The USA has impacted the world greatly in politically, economically, socially, religiously and technologically.First of all, the United States of America has greatly impacted the world politically. The United States has a "so called" democracy. Ever since the first president George Washington, at the turn of the 19th Century, the United States has had a democracy. They have politically influenced other nations to free themselves from their colonial leaders and create a democracy. For example in France, when the Americans held their revolution, the French people saw how it was beneficial for the Americans and decided to throw their own revolution in 1798.The French revolution lasted a long while and had 3 main stages. In the end the French revolution was a success and a new government had been set up. The United States has also set up many revolutions that have not been successful. In Cuba for example, The United States had Fidel Castro Put in Power. Now everyone in America knows how bad this has been. In 1962 we had the Cuban Missile Crisis, which lasted 13 days and out up many scares in the eyes of Americans. To this day Fidel Castro is still in power and it has proven to be many problems to the USA.The United States has also been a great economic Factor, in other nations. Since America is the only remaining Superpower it has many exports and imports. The USA helps many nations in the Middle East because it imports its crude oil from there. Since China and Taiwan are very poor nations. The United States has helped out by building their factories there for manufacturing. This works out for both nations. The USA gets to produce its goods very cheaply and nations with large, not highly skilled workers get their lower...
