Budget Narrative and Justification
Macon Adult Day Care will be comprised of several kinds of career specialties to include direct patient care to administrative duties of personnel. The following is a plan for how personnel will be utilized and what their duties as well as their responsibilities will be.
Owner: Is directly responsible for the daily operations of the facility and ultimately accountable for the shortcomings of staff and personnel. Will ensure that Macon Adult Day Care will be a clean, safe, caring, friendly, family oriented environment as well as customer service oriented. The owner will lead by example in all aspects of the business by walking the facility and being seen by staff and personnel as well as the clients. Contract all outside service vendors such as groundskeeper, maintenance contractor, and janitorial services.
Human Resource Manager: Is responsible for recruiting, screening, and hiring the right people for each job vacancy available at Macon Adult Day Care. The HR manager will match people with the jobs they are suited for and have the skills necessary to perform such duties. HR will develop and manage the benefits package for staff and employees as well as plan continuing education and seminars for all staff and personnel. The HR manager will initiate all criminal background checks as well as drug testing for all staff and personnel. Salary will commensurate with experience, proposed salary will be $30,000.00 per year to include benefits.
