Executive summary
Air travel has become more frequently nowadays. in order to increase their customer rating/customer satisfaction, airline companies in the United States tried many approaches. As one of the biggest companies in the US, United Airline always want to increase their customer rating/customer satisfaction. Though this report, approaches to increase customer rating/customer satisfaction for companies in the industry were listed and analyzed. In the meantime, data collected from different channels in terms of indicators including flights arrive on time, mishandled baggage, passenger?s involuntary denied boarding and customer complaints were statistically analysed. Hence, using these support information, recommendations such as were suggested to help United Airline to mend their service level.

United Airline is one of the famous airlines in the United States, commonly referred to United. The United Airline was founded in 1926, and the headquartered of United Airlines in Chicago, Illinois. The United Airlines is the third-largest airline company in the world when statistical the number of passengers and the total mileage of flight.
