These facets will be the basis of which the company operates and what it is built upon. A strategic business plan will help the organization define its mission and vision, giving the organization a sense of purpose and direction. In addition a strategic plan will assist the organization with assessing its strengths and weaknesses, and develop short-term strategies that are compatible with long-term objectives. A strategic plan will balance the use of resources, structures, and technologies in order to achieve organizational goals with the least amount of risk. The organization I chose to introduce a new product to is Dove.Organization OverviewDove is committed to helping all women realize their personal beauty potential by creating products that deliver real care. Dove believes that beauty should be for everyone, because when you look and feel your best, you feel better about yourself. Dove has been at the forefront of research and breakthrough technologies since the brand's inception. It all started with the launch of the Dove Beauty Bar in 1957, which revolutionized the way women cared for their skin by providing the first alternative soap that was less drying to skin. In addition to Dove Beauty Bars, Dove makes nourishing body wash, deodorant, body mist, shampoo, conditioner and styling aids all designed to help women take great care of themselves.New Product / DivisionThe new product that Dove would like to introduce is Dove Perfection Hair Color. Dove's ammonia-free Perfection Hair Color with coconut oil nourishes and protects your hair with clinically proven healthier color. The antioxidant properties will prevent the formation of highly reactive, damaging molecules by helping to inactivate the metal ions that cause their formation.
