Medizin labs is one of the largest companies in manufacturing generic drugs. As we know the generic drug manufacturing market is highly competitive and margins in drugs are very low so there is pressure on Medizin and its competitors to reduce the cost of operations.
Problem: Medizin uses different software for different functional areas. So the data generated in one department becomes unusable for the other or difficult to assimilate. In such cases most of the departments enter the data manually, leading to data inconsistency, non-conformity and redundancy. This leads to high cost and low efficiency.
