I think that school uniforms are the best thing for students who don’t to have nice things. I think it keeps crime rates down from kids fighting over the things their parents have worked for school uniforms help prevent gangs from forming on campus. Students should work on themselves. It shouldn’t take nice clothes or “cool” clothes to have friends or for people not to like you it’s really irrelevant because you didn’t come to school to be “FLY’ or “CUTE” you came to school for an education. What's a uniform? “One school might require white button-down shirts and ties for boys, pleated skirts for girls and blazers adorned with the school logo for all. Another school may simply require that all shirts have collars”.(The Merriam Webster Dictionary) Schools should really lockdown or tighten up on the uniform policy; because kids get carried away and try to do extra with the uniform and it’s not about that it’s about being responsible and respecting yourself.
I think uniforms are a good thing because it helps save money for parents from buying clothes. They can spend their hard earned money on paying for their water bill. It’s stressful because every parent wants the best for their children. No parent wants their child to be picked on and talked about, so when everybody has the same thing on its hard to talk about somebody when everybody looks the same.
