3. Drivers and Resisters for Career
I want to work in one of the United Nations (UN) agencies in Myanmar as a technical expert, who holds expertise and technical knowledge, and offers solutions to client problems. I prefer taking a role in project or program management as a permanent staff, since I favor job security rather than taking the risks as a freelance consultant. After pursuing this master of International Health, there is two options for me; whether to continue a PhD study or return to my country to apply the practical knowledge of the study for at least two years. I consider that it will challenge me to get the favored role in the organization I am targeting. What is more, I reckon that I ought to further improve my English language competency to work smoothly in international context.

4. Future Direction
In order to attain the role of a consultant in future career, there are a number of things I have to develop myself. As the very first step, I have to understand the key trends in consultancy environment both locally and internationally. Forming alliances, relationships and networks with all potential clients, consultants and organizations is also a key to success in this field. For such networking, I must start with keeping good relationships with the classmates, trying to introduce myself to the professors and lecturers from the Institute and other external organizations. In addition to getting myself known to the others, I should have the knowledge of the organizations that I am targeting: their policies and principles, the planning cycles and the current phases of the programs they implement. I recognize there are many useful websites and social networks on the internet to discover potential consultancies, and advertise and sell myself in the market. At the same time, I should build up the necessary soft and hard skills in accordance with my personal and business SWOT analysis.
The United Nations agencies such as World Health Organization (WHO), United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA), United Nations Office for Project Services (UNOPS) and donor organizations as the Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria (GFATM), could be my potential clients. Through the knowledge and skills attained from this master course as well as from my previous working experiences, I anticipate that I could be employed as a specialist consultant in monitoring and evaluation component of their projects and programs.
"Quality, Accountability and Efficiency" are the three special values that the future clients can expect from me. I could deliver quality services with my exceptional accountability, honesty, and accuracy. Since I have excellent adaptability to multicultural environment, there is no doubt that I will enjoy travelling around the different areas of the world where the projects are in place, and become an effective team player in the organization.
5. Strategy
5.1. Future Organization to Work with
In very near future for my career, I am aiming to work at UNOPS office in Myanmar. UNOPS acts as a principal recipient of international donor grants in Myanmar, providing fund monitoring services of prevention, care and treatment for HIV/AIDS, TB and malaria to those most in need. They are responsible for the delivery of targets set out in the grant agreement, in coordination with selected sub-recipients from the national programs,...
