There are many different beliefs with wild theories of the beginning of the universe. The most common theory used more often today is the Big Bang Theory, “an outer space explosion that marked the origin of the universe”. A lot of people believe in this theory because it seems to make sense in their minds although the “Dark energy” seems to contradict the big bang. As the picture well explains itself, dark energy is becoming more and more serious and is an eye opener to various people.
What is Dark energy?
In, astronomy dark energy is an imaginary form of energy that permeates all of space and tends to increase the rate of expansion of the universe. It covers an approx of 73% of the earth’s mass. Today it is used to explain that the universe appears to be expanding at an incredibly fast rate. This relates to the Hubbles law which states “the further away a galaxy is, the faster it is moving away from us”. You might think that the dark energy fits into the big bang but it doesn’t, because it only explains what the earth is doing at the present moment, it doesn’t care about what happened at the beginning, it is constraining the big bang in a number of ways.
There are many other scientific theories other than god, i.e. the intelligence theory, this theory believes that due to the world’s complexity, the world has been created by a superior being, keeping in mind, not always necessarily God.
Another theory by Steven hawking but not commonly believed in, The Superstring Theory. It is an attempt to explain all of the particles and basic forces of nature in one theory by modelling them as vibrations of tiny symmetric strings. It is very mathematical, confusing and addle; it says that there are 11 dimensions for goodness sake!
Which seems to be unrealistic, very fantasised, although very broad and not narrow...
