YBC Special: Interview with CoolI have to admit I was overly nervous and hesitant when I was sent the assignmentof interviewing Cool in February of 2003. I had no idea of what to expect. I had heard somuch about Cool in recent times, however, when it came down to it, I really had nounderstanding of the truths surrounding him. Due to his Aloofness and eccentricity, hewas constantly accused and branded by the public as being "Too Cool". Until now, he hasnever given such a candid interview. Unlike other broadcasting networks, my plan isnt tovillify, expose or exploit Cool, but instead to accurately and truthfully depict him so we,"the uncool", mediocre public can gain an understanding of the phenom.I arrived on a frigid February Friday to meet Cool at his sprawling 150 roommansion in Berlin,Germany. As I walked with the film crew through the huge, black irongates to the front door, I couldn`t help but notice the plethora of Ferraris, Lamborghinisand other exotic cars parked in his driveway out front. All were painted a mesmerizingdeep blue and all bearing the same personalized tag, "2COOL4U". Now my nervousnesspeaked as I was awaiting for Cool to appear from behind the front door I just knocked on.Cool immediately opened the door and I was awestruck. Maybe even starstruck. Helooked like James Dean in a ten thousand dollar black Gucci suit. His hair was brushedperfectly and his eyes were focused upon me, pierceing with a squint reminscent of thosetough-guy, one man army, action-movie stars. The icy glare he gave me was enough tosend chills up my spine. After a few seconds of silence, and a couple of my resoundingheartbeats later, Cool calmly said,"Relax, man. Come inside". His voice sounded smoothand unwavering, like when Frank Sinatra hits a high note in a saloon song. I was excited. The interview was about to begin.Adam: First off, on behalf of YBC, Yokely Broadcasting Corporation, we want to thankyou for the opportunity you granted us in allowing an interview.Cool: No problem at all Adam. I`m glad you came so I can put some of these rumors torest as well as answer some of my fans questions.A: Ok Cool. So lets get started. The majority of the people, including myself, have noidea where you are from. This seems to be quite a mystery. Tell us.C: Sure thing man, i want to be forthcoming and all.
