Criminals with mental illness’s do not get prosecuted good in the U.S.
ADHD is one of many illness’s somebody can have. ADHD may make you careless, you may have a lack of self control, difficulty listening to directions, or failing to pay close attention to detail. 9.5% of males and 5.9% of females have been diagnosed with ADHD. Some people with ADHD have a difficulty controlling impulsive behaviors, keeping their focus, and sometimes they can be overly active. ADHD can also cause more school suspensions, more likely to be arrested, more likely to abuse illegal substances, and considered to have aggressive behavior.

Jeffrey Dahmer proceeded to commit 15 murders, storing the corpses in a vat, which is a large container used for storing liquids. Dahmer kept trophies of all his victims. He kept skulls and genitalia in his closet, and he froze biceps and hearts for later consumption. In 1991, Tracey Edwarts overpowered Dahmer, ran through the streets and waved for the police. Dahmer pled guilty by reason of insanity. He was rejected. Dahmer was convicted guilty of all 15 murders and sentenced to 15 consecutive life sentences.
