There are many different nations in which their citizens have their own language and way of living life but the United States of America is unique because of its diversity of citizens. And for this reason America is called a “melting pot” because it has a variety of citizens who are of different ethnicity and they each have their own culture and languages, and all these people are living in a single united nation. Coca-Cola has created an advertisement that opens with first paragraph of the song “America the Beautiful” being sung in English. This part of the song goes on to be sung in seven different languages throughout the advertisement and it shows a variety of people that represent the citizens of America. Coca-Cola’s advertisement shows the diversity of Americans that have different ethnicity, cultures, and religions and how all are being connected and unified through Coca-Cola to exemplify the beauty of America.
The first paragraph of the song “America the Beautiful” is used to show that people in America are connected even though they may come from many different backgrounds. The first part of the song itself has important meaning to the people that live in America because it is something that most Americans learn at an early age in elementary school. The lyrics and harmony says that Americans can work together regardless of the differences that exist. The part of the song “America the Beautiful” that was used in advertisement has a deeper meaning behind it:

The song talks about how the freedom as well as the diverse landscape that is within the country is part of what makes America beautiful. Combine that with the images the advertisement shows and it makes a connection between the freedom and diverse landscape with Coca-Cola and how it brings people together from different backgrounds.
Another way the advertisement demonstrates that the people are all connected is that Coca-Cola has placed what seems like ordinary people drinking out of Coca-Cola bottles and cans within the advertisement to show that even though they might be of different cultures they can still have the same taste in drinks. By having the same taste in drinks, the people can bond over a Coca-Cola because it is something they have in common and this can spark a conversation, which can make people create a sense of pride in their nation that is united. This is a powerful element feature within the advertisement because if the audience is able to connect with the sense of being...
