INTRODUCTIONThis is a database I created, it shows the steps taken to make the database user friendly and to meet the users needs. I created 3 different tables, 2 simple forms, 2 simple queries and a complicated query. I had also created 2 simple reports and a complicated report. I customised all the reports, queries and forms to make them user friendly and make them look professional.Action PlanTo keep myself organised and on top of my work I had set out an action plan. This is a method of making your work easier by cutting it down into chunks and setting out weekly targets for me that need to be met. A note was taken of all the problems that were encountered so that they could be avoided in the future and also so that they could be evaluated so that they could be resolved.
