The Constitution and Declaration of Independence are the foundation for the independence as a nature as well as the separation from Britain. These famous documents were the ground work for the freedoms we may receive today. Without them we will still be under the British Rule.
While both the Declaration and the Constitution encompasses essential information regarding America’s independence they are respectively different. Thomas Jefferson created the Declaration of Independence, because of the convictions the colonies encountered by the King.
