These treatments are the things that an individual can do if he/she or someone he/she know is suffering from depression, such as visit the school counselor, go see a mental health specialists, stay active, be socialize, keep a journal and may call 911 if necessary. This information is explained well by the researchers clearly.
The researchers then come up with some recommendation and implication regarding the topic. Depression is a serious illness because it makes the students lose their focus on their studies. Therefore, they must engage in distracting thoughts and some activities that will temporarily lessen sadness that they felt. To be socially engaged and reach out, your friends will help much to check out on you and will help you.
The students must motivate themselves and avoid reinforcing depressive episode. The student should maintain communication with their school conselor or psychologist to be able to exchange information that will help the both of you. The students must train themselves to find strategies for avoiding depressive thoughts.
