Executive Summary:
An HR officer is a person who is responsible to develop and implement procedure and polices of human resources in an organization. He usually report to the HR manager and communicate with the workforces mainly middle and operational employee of the organization. Developing future plan for organizational workforce, develop schedule for the workforces, look over the problems of workforces are the main responsibilities of HR officers. Working with the problems, developing plan to find out problem in workforce, developing procedure to collect data are the way HR officers address the problem and work for solve these. Proper communication is very important for HR officers as their success depends on the proper flow of information from the upper level to the lower level. They mainly depend on the oral communication as they depend more in instant communication with the workforces. Time management is also required as their key resource to be competent with their job areas. Sometimes they need to perform as team and then define several techniques to solve problems originated from as the running of the operation. There are some tools and methods which needed to choose carefully to solve in the long run. The important fact is that HR officers need to select strategy on how they solve problem and sustain in the workplace. Proper selection of strategy is considered as half success of the HR officers.
