FIJA TEXTO REFUNDIDO, COORDINADO Y SISTEMATIZADO DEL DECRETO CON FUERZA DE LEY Nº 1, DE MINERIA, DE 1982, LEY GENERAL DE SERVICIOS ELECTRICOS, EN MATERIA DE ENERGIA ELECTRICA
D.F.L. Núm. 4/20.018.- Santiago, 12 de mayo de 2006.- Vistos: 1) Lo dispuesto en los artículos 32º Nº 3 y 64º de la Constitución Política de la República.
Considerando:
1) Que, el Decreto con Fuerza de Ley Nº 1, de 1982, del Ministerio de Minería, Ley General de Servicios Eléctricos, ha sido objeto de modificaciones introducidas por las leyes Nº 18.196, de 29 de diciembre de 1982; Nº 18.341, de 14 de septiembre de 1984; Nº 18.410, de 22 de mayo de 1985; Nº 18.482, de 28 de diciembre de 1985; Nº 18.681, de 31 de diciembre de 1987; Nº 18.768, de 29 de diciembre de 1988; Nº 18.922, de 12 de febrero de 1990; Nº 18.959, de 24 de febrero de 1990; Nº 19.203, de 24 de febrero de 1993; Nº 19.489, de 28 de diciembre de 1996; Nº 19.613, de 08 de junio de 1999; Nº 19.674, de 03 de mayo de 2000; Nº 19.940, de 13 marzo de 2004; Nº 20.018, de 19 de mayo de 2005; Nº 20.040, de 9 de julio de 2005; y el Decreto con Fuerza de Ley Nº 2, de 2006, del Ministerio de Economía, Fomento y Reconstrucción, de 12 de abril de 2006. 2) Que, es recomendable, por razones de ordenamiento y de utilidad práctica, señalar mediante notas al margen el origen de las normas que conforman el presente texto legal; 3) Que, para facilitar el conocimiento y la aplicación de las nuevas normas legales en materia de tanta trascendencia, es conveniente refundir en un solo texto las disposiciones citadas, dicto el siguiente:

Artículo 1°.- La producción, el D.F.L. Nº 1, de transporte, la distribución, el régimen 1982, Minería de concesiones y tarifas de la energía Art. 1º eléctrica y las funciones del Estado D.O. 13.09.1982 relacionadas con estas materias se regirán por la presente ley.
