Schizophrenia is one of the disorders that have been debated over the years also it has a difficult past and it is a psychological disorder that is noticeable by numerous diminished thinking, behaviours and emotions. The individuals who suffer from schizophrenia they usually hear voices in their head, have unusual beliefs but not based on reality and have different thoughts that are based on hallucination and delusions also changing in behaviour. However, even this very day the cause of schizophrenia is still unknown. Yet the psychologist states that the cause of the disorder is the combination of genetic and environmental factors. However, the symptoms developments of schizophrenia have been implicated to psychological factors in the recent research. For example anxiety and depression was not consider being irrelevant long ago, to the symptom of schizophrenia but now it is considered to be contributing to the symptoms of schizophrenia.

There are two types for schizophrenia symptoms; firstly the positive and second one is negative but these are different signs of symptoms. The positive symptoms include hallucination, delusions, confused thoughts and changes in behaviour and thoughts. When patient is presenting hallucination this involves any of the senses though the utmost common is hearing voices. Although hallucination are very real to the patients experiencing them but people around them cannot hear voices or experience any sensation. According to the researchers states that when patients with schizophrenia hear voices, it is seen on the equipment of brain scanning showing that there are changes on the speech area of the brain. Meaning that there are hearing voices and the brain mistaken the thoughts for real voices. The patients refer to the voices as friendly to them and pleasant. On the other hand patients say frequently the voices are abusive, rude, annoying and critical to them. Also the patients describe the voices as commanding to them and giving them instruction of what to do, where and when talking to the patient directly.
Moreover when a patients is deluded is when they have a belief believed with broad sentence. Although it is based on an error, naive, bizarre view typically it disturb the way people behave. According the researchers states that delusion can initiate quickly or may perhaps change over weeks or months. Schizophrenia patients when they develop delusion is because they are trying to explain a hallucination there are having. For example when a patient is hearing voices relating their movements and they possibly ought to a delusion that somebody is watching them. However if the patients is experiencing a paranoid delusion they usually believe that someone is harassing them or persecuted. Also they usually have thoughts that someone is following them, watched, poisoned by the family or friends, or plotted against them. As well they usually find different meaning in everyday actions or events and feeling that people on the television and newspapers are communicating with them through messages. Also they believe that they are hidden messages for them that are in the colours of cars passing in the street.
In addition to that the patients experience psychosis have worry on keeping their thoughts and conversation. Schizophrenia patients suffering from confused thoughts some find it hard to stay on one place or concentrate and they usually drift from one idea to another.
