Discover Engineering: Aerospace engineering
Engineering is the use of science and technology and solving problems involving the needs of daily human life. Engineering has four major disciplines which are chemical Engineering, civil engineering, electrical engineering, and mechanical engineering. According to “discover engineering” chemical engineering uses a chemical process to innovate and designing products. the article, “ discover engineering” also states that civil engineering is the process of overseeing the construction buildings and infrastructures that make up our world. the same article , “ discovering engineering” states that electrical engineering develops ...view middle of the document...
or going to Arizona State University in Arizona Texas , United States. as an aerospace engineer makes an average of 50,000 and 108,000 dollars. Aerospace has been just like mechanical engineering because they both design objects in which we can travel. On october 4, 1957, the soviet union launched sputnik, the world's first artificial satellite according to great achievements and nasa, thanks to aerospace engineers we now have satellites in outer space.
The grand challenge that I have chosen for my discipline of engineering is the challenge of making solar energy economical. Solar energy has the potential to provide a lot of energy for the world. But it surprisingly provides less than one percent according to “engineer challenges” only a small fraction only a small fraction of the suns power output strikes the earth, But even that provides 10,000 more times as much as all the commercial energy that humans use on the planet. As an aerospace engineer, you can build materials to help the use of the solar energy. aerospace also can contribute to this challenge because it has to do with outer space and as an aerospace engineer, working with the outer space is part of the job.
