Disney Motivational ProfileDisney is an adventurous, magical, enthusiastic place to be with family and friends. This magical place will create new memories that will last a lifetime. It brings laughter and excitement to families who experience the world of imagination. They bring inspiration and opportunities to creative minds that want to live out their imaginations by developing new technology or characters for Disney. Disney Corporation brings many smiles to many lives with their different products and services, and that includes so much more than the amusement parks. The company has a rich history that began with nothing more than a dream and a mouse. They continue to be a profitable company, regardless of the shape of the economy. To top all of this off, it is a fantastic company to work for. Disney's motivational profile is one that many companies are jealous of and strive to match.Background of DisneyDisney is a nationally known organization perhaps best known for its amusement parks. Amusement parks have been around for many years and center on family entertainment. There are rides that take a person to extreme heights and fast drops. Some celebrities loan their names and likeness to amusement parks.America's amusement park history begins on Coney Island in 1875. Railway companies, in search of ways to keep passenger usage up on the weekends, set up parks here at the end of the rail lines and introduced weekend and summer activities. The first rides at these parks were carousels, but in 1884, the first gravity switchback train was introduced.
