Do you think that drugs should be used in sports? Did you know that Ryan Braun got caught using drugs? He got suspended for 50 games because he took drugs. That just shows you what happens if you take drugs and they catch you. Last year 3 MLB players got in trouble for using performance enhancing drugs. Some people agree that players should not use performance enchaining drugs because they are cheating so that they can be the best. When high school students see their favorite player using drugs they might think that it is ok do use drugs in sports. In the 2012 summer Olympics there were 5,051 drug tests, and only 9 doping cases were reported (procon.org).
Did you know that some professional golf athletes could get caught using drugs? In a golf tournament Tiger Woods got caught using “Lasik” (procon.org). “Lasik” is a drug that helps your eyesight (procon.org). So far Tiger Woods is the only golf player to ever use the drug “Lasik”. The tournament that Tiger Woods used “Lasik” he had to give up the tournament title that he had won.
