Abra is scared of Cal, but shows that she loves him. Cal spends time with her and they talk about their feeling to each other. Even though Abra is engaged to Cal's brother Aron, she shows that she cares about him. That is why Cal is so open with her. They hung out at the festival and Cal kissed her on the Ferris wheel. Aron and Cal ended up getting into a fight and Cal runs off into a bar. Abra ran after him and tried to make him stop drinking. Aron came in and demanded Abra to get away from him and come with him. She does whatever Aron wants her to do. Then Cal and Abra decorated Cal and Aron's house for Adam's birthday. Adam didn't appreciate Cal's present and told him to give the money all back. Cal ended up running outside crying. Abra came running after him, but Aron ran after her and demanded her to get away from him. Aron told Cal to never go near her again. When Adam got ill Cal was giving up on his life and was going to run away. Abra told Cal that he can't give up and he needs to talk to him after before he is dead. She showed that she cared for him.Adam plays a major part in what saves Cal, but also what destroyed Cal. Adam never showed Cal that he loved him. Adam is Cal and Aron's father. Adam showed favoritism on Aron because Aron was the good child. The only reason Cal was the bad and evil child is because he thought nobody loved or cared for him. All Adam and Aron did was yell at Cal and tell him how evil he was and how he didn't belong. All this really...
