The main focus in the delivery of health care is to improve patients’ state of health and quality of life. In many cases effective communication would lead to both patient compliance and patients fulfillment can benefit positive outcomes for both patient and the health care team. Many patients might become frustrated, anxious, when they are unable to communicate with someone about their needs. To avoid patients attaining those states of anxiety, and stress, effective communication should be established immediately.
