¿Cómo preparar una libreta de laboratorio?
Es importante tener en cuenta que el cuaderno de laboratorio tiene
requerimientos especiales, dado que los datos que usted anotará en él
deben ser fidedignos.
Un cuaderno de laboratorio debe ser cosido y tener las páginas
numeradas, preferiblemente debe ser un cuaderno de actas! Además, debe
estar forrado con plástico para su protección, ya que será utilizado en un
laboratorio, donde está expuesto al contacto con sustancias químicas que
podrían dañarlo. Aunque no es requisito, es altamente recomendado
contar con una lámina de plástico que cubra el total de la superficie del
cuaderno abierto; el objetivo de esta práctica es poder proteger el cuaderno
de cualquier sustancia que pueda caer sobre él al trabajar dentro del
laboratorio.
El cuaderno de laboratorio debe escribirse con un único color de
lapicero, que debe ser azul o negro. El uso de corrector y/o lápiz está
prohibido.
¿Qué incluir en el cuaderno de laboratorio?
En la primera página del cuaderno debe encontrarse la portada del
mismo, en la que se incluya el nombre del curso con su sigla, el nombre
del estudiante, carné, asistente, número de grupo, semestre, etc. A
continuación se muestra el formato que se debe utilizar:

Evidentemente, donde dice 'Nombre del Estudiante/Asistente'
solamente debe escribirse el nombre; además, el X-XX representa el
semestre en el que se está recibiendo el curso, usted debe utilizar números
romanos para indicar si es primer o segundo semestre y el año se
representa con los últimos 2 dígitos, por ejemplo, para indicar que es el
primer semestre del año 2009 se escribiría I-09.

Es importante anotar datos como el número de teléfono y el correo
electrónico, dado que en caso de que su cuaderno se extravíe, la persona
que lo encuentre pueda contactarle para devolverlo.
En la tercer página del cuaderno de laboratorio debe ubicar el índice,
este debe presentar los nombres de las prácticas a realizar en el lado
izquierdo de la hoja y a la derecha se indica en números arábigos la página
en la que se encuentra la práctica.
