There is a lot of public restroom in every floor, and in case it is a private building (such as a housing complex), then people do not need any restroom because the person living there or any visitor can just use the restroom once they enter the apartment they are looking forPeople do not spend much time in elevator. Two-three minutes maximum. It is totally unjustifiable to put a restroom in the elevator where people spend only two to three minutes. The cost of putting a restroom in the elevator will outweigh the benefits because of the above reasons! Few people will ever need to use it, and therefore it does not serve any practical purpose! And therefore there is no justifiable reason to put a restroom in the elevator. Instead, that money can be used to put more public restrooms in every floor, which will actually serve a purpose. The aforementioned reasons make it obvious that the idea of putting a restroom in the elevator is preposterous and absolutely illogical. Keeping all the above in view it may not be feasible to have bathrooms in elevators less than 100 stories sky scalpers, it is further added that in presence of 100 of bathrooms in the building, it may be of very less use, hence losing its importance. However it is very good idea for the imaginary fairy tales.
