Training, Develop Staff
Every sixth month train staff for a new position in a company, to feel different atmosphere and make cross trained staff. Supervisors should train the staff for every position in a timeline.

Pension and Benefits
Every learned position mean 20P/ Hour plus in salary rate. Free food in every shift. Managers need to give attention for a ready person who can write improvement test. Manage the breaks.

Look after Health and Safety for all staff
Environment must be safe. On a trial shift must be concept the dangers machines and situations. Where to go and what to do in accident. Managers have to make sure every morning about the tools and possibility of danger.
Supervisor must present Health and safety video for the new staff.

Organize Salaries Weekly payment via bank transfer, Start with minimum wages. First assistant have to check the payment roll. Make sure the correct hours are paid.

Negotiating Contract

1 year contract, first month is a paid trial period. Full time minimum 35 H/W. Part time maximum 20 H/W.

Redundancy packages with staff representatives.

Anyone who is not improved in a year don`t get contract elongation.

Negotiating working Condition Every staff needs feel in friendly atmosphere. Every instruments have to be available what staff need for a hard work.

Motivation is external and internal factor, that showing the energy in individuals and how they are interested and committed job rules or subjects. It is also seeable as people how want to achieve the goals.
Factors for behaving for certain way
• Reward value of the goal
• Intensity of needs
• Expectation

Give benefit when a company prosper, can naturally boost motivation. Best motivator is the money. Many people are compering each other in this way.
Employee’s career
Believe that manager really cares about where his or her career is headed. Mentoring, coaching, suggesting additional training or coursework. Also sometimes when employee has enough salary they just need a title.
Work Life balance
To the extent that managers can offer some flexibility in schedule, and be understand employee needs.
To employees’ ideas for job improvement or their problems, issues concerns, frustrations, conflicts, dramas.
Must respect all employees what they do for the company as personally too.
