Therefore the scope of this handbook has been expanded to provide information on employee rights and procedures in cases of dismissal for cause under the existing DSL, Inc., Staff Personnel Policy.The common phrase of "keep up the good work" does not mean you are safe from any actions. Further, a good evaluation or good raise alone does not imply safety.
