Introduction
Nowadays, the value of specific individual employees for the success of an organization has played essential role within an organization to be competitive. Most of organizations have realized that employees are really important because of their skills, knowledge, experiences, customer relations and networks leads to the competition of the employers. Hence job satisfaction of employees within the organization has become more important for any organization.

Oppositely, if employees are dissatisfied on their job, they are demotivated and they are not participating in any organizational activities, means less of commitment. This leads to increase absenteeism and high turnover or work sabotage.
Job satisfaction does not only depend on the quality of the employment, but also on the worker’s expectations with respect to the job. The key of job satisfaction is, in the fit between the objective conditions of the job and the worker’s expectations. The better the fit between expectations and job reality, the greater the satisfaction and vice versa. (Llorente, 2005). If the job satisfaction is low, there will be performance problem. Employees’ job satisfaction based on several factors like, autonomy, job significant, working conditions, supervision, promotional opportunity, skill identity, skill variety, co-workers relations, social relations, workload, pay and feedback.
