Sue is an outgoing individual, who tries to make the best of her time, She is committed to her position she shows satisfaction and improvement on her daily activities. She shows care and consideration for the rest of her coworkers, and is easy going. Self-actualization.

Focus on intrinsic motivation With Sue I am going to motivate her by trying to see how far she can take herself. I will set high expectations of her knowing that she can achieve these goals, despite her stress levels. I feel that if I set high expectations for her she will be able to see that any of the little tasks that she has to perform are nothing compared to the high level goals. I will give her feedback on a daily bases, and allow her to know that I am there for her anytime she needs me, and that allows her to know that she is important to the company then she realizes. This will allow her to become more intrigued with more difficult goals, which I feel she will appreciate her position even more and think more highly of herself. One way I can help her would be job enrichment. I will give her more task and responsibility around the company allowing her to take part in the planning, execution and evaluating the work and the employees. This can maybe make her feel more powerful and more important.

The theory that this describes is the Goal-setting theory, that states specific and difficult goals, with feedback will turn into higher performance. I just have to be careful with theory because there are studies that say that companies can become to goal specific and forget about the whole in general. But that will be just on this individual so I will keep the company long term goals on track while she can achieve high performance on the individual goals.
