The role of training is consistently being redefined and is one of the most important parts of a business overall strategic planning. The company must contribute by providing the tools necessary by the employees as new expectations and goals are set. Training is used to guide supervisors as well as employees to improve productivity, quality, morale, and profitability. It is important for the employer to increase the employees' productivity. Training also enables employees as well as managers to produce high-quality performance. Better training can provide in business competitive advantage over other businesses.
