An organization has a large responsibility for their employee success which is why training, development, and career development is imperative to an organization.Businesses can improve their success by training and developing their employees. The role of training is consistently being redefined and is one of the most important parts of a business overall strategic planning. The company must contribute by providing the tools necessary by the employees as new expectations and goals are set. Training is used to guide supervisors as well as employees to improve productivity, quality, morale, and profitability. It is important for the employer to increase the employees' productivity. Training also enables employees as well as managers to produce high-quality performance. Better training can provide in business competitive advantage over other businesses.
