CAUSAS DE LA ADICCION El consumo de drogas es un fenómeno multicausal ya que en él inciden una serie de factores en el ámbito personal, familiar, escolar, social y cultural, por lo tanto no existe sólo una manera de abordarlo. Algunos de los factores que pueden llevarte al consumo de drogas son: · Una autoestima negativa, es decir sentirte inseguro/a, desconociendo tus cualidades y pensando solamente en tus defectos. · Tener amigos que consumen drogas. · No compartir lo que sientes o piensas, aislarte de otros. · Tener conductas imprudentes y no medir los peligros · Abandonar tus estudios. · No usar tu tiempo libre en actividades participativas y creativas donde expreses tus potencialidades y habilidades. · Serias dificultades con tu familia, como problemas de comunicación, maltrato, abuso, abandono.
Principales causas de las adicciones
Problemas familiares
Los adolescentes al vivir una etapa de crisis y al tratar de evadir los problemas, buscan salidas fáciles o
formas de olvidarlos, por ejemplo por medio del alcohol y las drogas.
Muchas veces las adicciones surgen por problemas dentro de la familia (incomprensión, falta de comunicación,
golpes, maltrato intra-familiar, rechazo, padrastros, abandono, falta de recursos económicos, dificultades
escolares, pobreza absoluta y desamor), al sentir que no son queridos en los hogares, los adolescentes tienen
la impresión de no ser escuchados o tomados en cuenta.
Caen en un error al tratar de solucionar los conflictos por medio de las drogas, creyendo que sólo van a ingerir
una vez la sustancia, pero en realidad se genera la costumbre o la adicción, esto ocasiona que los problemas
familiares aumenten, ya que la droga consumida es más fuerte, y al no querer o poder dejarla, a veces los
adolescentes optan por abandonar el hogar, convirtiéndose en niños de la calle, en la que se exponen a
riesgos de gran magnitud como contraer enfermedades, ser golpeados, soportar abusos, explotación, hambre y abandono.
El tiempo que persista el efecto de la droga en su organismo, es equivalente al del abandono de sus
problemas, después, todo vuelve a la realidad, las situaciones preocupantes siguen ahí e incluso aumentan
por la adicción generada.
Influencias sociales
También recurren a las drogas cuando se presentan problemas en su alrededor. Por ejemplo:
Al no ser aceptado por los amigos o una condición para ingresar a cierto grupo es el ingerir droga, ser como
ellos, imitarlos, hacerles creer que "los viajes" son lo máximo, o lo peor, caer en la influencia social. Los
