D’herbs has trained and educated workforce to produce their latest product that is the instant coconut shakes. They want to makesure the trained and educate workforce will produce the quality product for the customer. This is because the quality product can make the company gain the regular customer at Indonesia. The company will choose the educated workforce from diploma level and above to market the product to international. Then, the company will send a trained agent to Indonesia to help and promote the Instant Coconut Shake for people at Indonesia especially Jakarta, Bandung and Medan.
Besides that, every country has their own culture and customs that their belieft. As everyone know the people at indonesia has their own cultural beliefs expecially about their healthy care. They have their own healthy care product that they used and believe such as 'jamu' product that produce using the herb. This jamu so famous among people at Indonesia and no product can fight with this product. They believe their product is more better than other product. This cultural will affect the company to promote instant coconut shake to Indonesia because the people at Indonesia usually support their product rather than other product from outside. So, the company should find the alternative way to make the people at Indonesia believe and attract with the product from D’Herbs.
Other than that, for the Consideration geographical the distance between Malaysia and Indonesia is about 1440.61km and takes about 2 hours using an aeroplane. D’Herbs need to deliver products to Indonesia by courier plane and require a relatively high cost for shipping than to pay tax to the government of Indonesia.
