Ergonomie pracovniho prostredi - KANCELARPuvodne jsem se chtel venovat ergonomii jakehokoliv jineho pracovniho prostredi nez je kancelar. Ale protoze se jako student pohybuji neustale v prostredi kancelare ( skola, pokoj na koleji, ktery je mi soucasne loznici, obyvacim pokojem, ale hlavne pracovnou = kancelari, a i muj budouci pracovni proces bude bohuzel nejspis probihat v prostredi kancelare ), je mi toto prostredi nejblizsi. A tak jsem se rozhodl pro kancelar. A zjistil jsem, proc me vlastne neustale boli zada.Co to vlastne ta ergonomie je?Ergonomii je oznacovana interdisciplinarni nauka vznikla spojenim aplikovanych ved, jejichz predmetem studia jsou pracovni systemy. Jde o nasledujici obory: antropometrie vcetne biomechaniky, filozofie prace, psychologie prace a hygiena prace. Pojem ergonomie je prevzat z anglickeho "ergonomics", ktery vznikl spojenim reckych slov ergo - prace, nomos - zakon, pravidlo. Ekvivalentnimi pojmy jsou: biotechnologie, human engineering, human factors. V oblasti vyzkumu jsou predmetem ergonomie determinanty vykonnostni, respektive pracovni kapacity cloveka, tj. napr. telesne rozmery, rozsahy pohybu trupu a koncetin, sily svalovych skupin, kapacita zraku, sluchu, kapacita mentalni. Dale je problematiky adaptace a reakce cloveka na pracovni podminky jako je smenova a nocni prace, monotonie, vnucene pracovni tempo atd. vcetne odezvy organismu na fyzikalni, chemicke a biologicke faktory pracovniho prostredi (hluk, vibrace, prach, mikroklimaticke podminky atd.). Poznatky vyzkumu jsou podkladem pro vytvoreni soustavy ergonomickych kriterii a parametru pro ruzne pracovni systemy a jsou publikovany v legislativnich opatrenich, jejichz predmetem je ochrana zdravi zamestnancu... tolik slova odbornika. Ja bych si to dovolil prelozit do "popularne-naucne" formy. Ergonomie je kdyz vas bavi vase prace a to nejenom diky ni samotne, ale i diky tomu, ze vas behem ni neobtezuji takove "malickosti" jako jsou bolesti zad, hlavy, oci a treba otoky dolnich koncetin... Tyto "prijemne" pocity byvaji zpravidla zpusobeny neergonomickym pracovistem. Proto by meli zamestnavatele urcite investovat do zrizeni pracovist ergonomicky zpusobilych. Protoze touto investici bojuji z dlouhodobeho hlediska jak proti nemocnosti svych pracovniku, tak zaroven muzou sve zamestnance vhodnym pracovnim prostredim motivovat k vyssim pracovnim vykonum.A jak by takove pracovni prostredi melo vypadat? V mistnostech urcenych pro trvaly vykon prace (tj.vice nez ctyri hodiny za smenu) musi na jednoho pracovnika pripadnout nejmene 15 m3 vzdusneho nezastaveneho prostoru a 2 m2 volne podlahove plochy - mimo zarizeni a spojovaci cesty. Tzv. svetla vyska mistnosti by mela byt 3 m. Podlaha musi byt neklouzava, antistaticka a snadno cistitelna. Optimalni teplota vzduchu v letnim obdobi je 23°C a nemela by prekrocit 26°C.
