Evience Of Alien Life Essay

1722 words - 7 pages

What is an extraterrestrial? Ex•tra•ter•res•tri•al: outside, or originating outside, the limits of the earth ( ). They are more commonly known as aliens. There are two kinds of aliens that are widely recognized: microbes, and ones with probes. The small life forms of bacteria are being studied and tested by us humans. Conversely, we are being studied and tested by the larger, intelligent beings. There are numerous accounts of animal and human abductions and alien sightings. Also there has been considerable amount of data collected on the microbes. Extraterrestrials exist and have left evidence in the modern and ancient world to prove so.
As it has been defined, an extraterrestrial is a being not of the human race or the Earth we live on. The first things people think of are usually little green men, Martians, space bugs, spaceships, probes, etc. These ideas are based upon Hollywood and the media. The movies and cartoons portray either cute cuddly aliens like E.T from the 80’s or giant evil creatures that intend to enslave the earth like in War of the Worlds. Also the media spreads the news about crop circles and witnesses seeing lights over the skies which turn out to be hoaxes. With this kind of entertainment taken as information, it leads us to the question, do aliens really exist?
Scientists all over the world are studding space dirt and moon rocks, combing for any proof of life. Their main goal is to find microbial proof of life. So far scientists have found fossils of microbes in the artic. They have also found organic compounds found on planets. These compounds are similar as the ones found on earth that are necessary for life. Organic compounds have also been found on meteorites, which travel for millions of miles in space. With the Drake equation, science has calculated just about how many earth like planets there are. There are about one trillion planets in the Milky Way. With the ways that earth has developed and grown, the chances of other “earths” are highly probable.
Evidence of intelligent beings making radio contact from space has also been reported. Radio signals sent to SETI in 2004 were sent by hydrogen frequency (N5). There were three signals from the same location, between the Pisces and Aries constellations. In 1977, there was another signal sent. This is called the “Wow!” signal. Scientists send out a constant, general message asking for peace and nice contact, and they got a response. It was picked up by the Ohio State radio telescope lasted thirty-seven seconds. The signal came from the Sagittarius constellation.
What are the two different kinds of aliens? One kind of alien are the little microbes that life in the soil of Mars and other planet surfaces. They can be bacteria, or simple single cell organisms. The other kinds are physical space intelligence with highly advanced technology and communication skills. The three kinds of space beings are: Grays, Reptilians, and Nordics. Most humans and animals have...
