KAI Technology will provide the following services under this agreement:

• Network Maintenance Services
• Network Documentation
• Scheduled Onsite Support Services
• Service Call

Network Maintenance Services - We take responsibility in providing the most secure and stable IT environment for your specific business needs. Network Maintenance Services is defined as providing proactive IT Maintenance, updates, verifications and health checks on defined network hardware, software and applications. Network Maintenance Services are performed remotely whenever possible. If a Network Maintenance Service is not able to be performed remotely, or not recommended to be performed remotely, that service will be completed during a scheduled visit by a network technician. Network Maintenance Services include the following:

• Management for all server operating systems including Service Packs, Patches, and Hotfixes
• Verification of local and offsite backup status on servers and central storage
• Verification of anti-virus updates on server
• Check Server hard drives capacity and error
• Checked Server event logs for critical errors
• Application updates What Applications? ¬¬¬¬¬¬¬¬¬¬¬¬¬¬¬¬¬¬¬¬

Network Appliances (Firewalls, Routers, and Managed Switch’s):
• Updates to software and services
• Firmware Upgrades

PC and Laptops:
• Management of all PC Service Packs, Patches, Hotfixes, Java updates and adobe updates
• Verification of anti-virus updates on PCs
• Verification of local and offsite backup status or file synchronization with server on PC
• Clean temp files off PC’s

Applications: (Must be approved by Kai Technology)
• Application updates

Device inventory to be covered under this agreement (additions/deletions revised monthly as applicable):

Qty Description

1 Servers (add $100 per month for each additional)
3 Network Appliances (add $25 per month for each additional)
7 Desktops/Laptops (add $25 per month for each additional)
1 Applications (add $20 per month for each additional)

Network Documentation – Kai Technology agrees to create and maintain detailed Network Documentation of all Hardware, Software, and Applications covered under this agreement. The Network Documentation will also include login and password information, Network Protocols, data backup processes, Vender information, and Administrative information along with business continuity plan disaster recovery plan if client has one in place.
