It is a simple breathing exercise that requires no equipment and can be done anywhere. It starts by placing one hand on the belly and the other hand in the chest. Inhale deeply and slowly, while mentally counting to 4 and then hold your breath for a count of 7. Breath out completely, while mentally counting to 8. Try to get all the air out at the end of 8 counts. Do this 3 to 7 times or until you feel relaxed and calm.
