Nowadays, there are many job opportunities will get in this world. It also occurs in various sectors such as industrial, agricultural, plantation, and so on. In this technological age, many institutions were offers various type of courses such as business studies, accounting, engineering, computer science, and so on. With this ways, it can train students to facing the real challenge when in work situation after they graduated.
When students are graduated, they will be given freedom or opportunity to choose their own career. Some students want further their studies to next level such as Degree, Masters, and Phd level. Some students also want to search the job after graduated. Nowadays, many type of job can be found. People can choose what type of job they want. People also can apply the job either part-time or full-time. Usually students are more likely to take part-time job when they in semester break in free time. For example, when student in semester break they take the chance to work at 7-Eleven as a cashier. At the same time, they also can get some money for their needs.
Moreover, some companies have provided a system where the company gives freedom to their employee so that the employee comfortable to do their work and also increase employee’s interest to keep working with the company. The system is called flexible work schedules. The employee can manage their own working time to complete the tasks. Moreover, employee also can do their own schedules for the job. Moreover, nurses also can choose to work part-time or on-call as needed. Web designer have flexible time to telecommute and work any hour of the night or day. For example a freelancer can accept only as many jobs as they have time to do while still have the other things that are important to them.
