Le XIX℮ siècle est un époque de souffrance, de cries et de bouleversements dont la peuple meurt pour un idéal de justice et d'un pouvoir économique.En 1800 le commencement de la Romantisme a frappé comme un éclairage dans la vie des peuples. « La Révolution française est terminée mais elle a appris au monde la liberté et les trois couleurs de la République. »De 1800 - 1850 France a connu sept régimes politiques : le consulat, l'Empire, la Restauration, la Monarchie de Juillet, la Seconde République, le Second Empire et la Troisième République.Pendant ce temps la société française était inégalitaire et il était organisé en trois ordres, la Clergé, le Noblesse et le trois Tiers Etat. Le clergé était le premier ordre, ils possèdent d'importantes richesses, ils négocient leurs impôts avec le roi. Dans la société ils avaient tout la pouvoir au-dessous de le roi. Le Noblesse était le second ordre dans la société, ils bénéficient du roi et ils sont donnes les titres et les terres, pour la plus part les Noblesses étaient les propriétaires. Le Tires Etats était le troisième et final ordre, il était compose d'un e énorme mass de population, les marchants, soldats et les fermières. Ils vivent dans les conditions difficiles et environ 10% d'entre eux ne possèdent rien.Alors ceux qui ont du bien ou de pouvoirs peuvent acheter des offices royaux, les terres et les titres pour eux-mêmes ou pour leur descendances. On s'en fiche des autres qui étaient environ 80% de la population.La population voulant des droits des citoyens pour demander des augmentations et un meilleur sort de vie. L'annonce de la fuite du roi et la famille royal qui s'enfuit vers la frontière orientale, éclate la population. Ils étaient arrête pas loin de la frontière dans Varennes et ils étaient conduits sous escorte a paris. Pendant une manifestions contre la roi, les troupes tuent une cinquantaine des manifestants. Le chaos commence. La peuple se divisent dans deux groupes : Les Jacobins, ceux qui veulent poursuivre le cours de la Révolution et Les Feuillants, ceux qui veulent mettre fin aux innovations révolutionnaires.Le comte de Provence, le futur Louis XVII est somme de regagner la France. La politique était divise dans deux groups encore, la coté « droite » et la coté « gauche ». En cas de guerre la droite et le roi attendent du départ des officiers une défaite rapide des troupes française, et la gauche espère que les traîtres se aideront.
