Potatoes are notorious for being one of the healthiest root vegetables and are cardinal to balanced lunches; however, an important question has been tossed into the air: should schools serve Fried Potatoes and Potato Products as a basic part of lunches? Public Schools that serve French Fries and Fried Potato Products are benefiting the Common Core grade point average and keeping the students contented. Potatoes are one of the healthiest natural foods on Earth. Though fries are prepared in oil, there are healthier ways of preparing them. The minerals of potatoes, if they are properly cooked, help students stay fit and full, give them healthy energy, and aid in the challenge of teaching them.

Schools are in the process of serving mashed potatoes, but there are many recipes that should be included. Nevertheless, there is a difficulty in finding many quick recipes. It also gives them an enticing tangy flavor. Using it may help students lose weight, ease leg cramps, settle upset stomachs and sore throats, lessen sinus problems, stimulate thinking, and help rid the body of toxins. Sweet potatoes, another type of potato containing carotenoids, antioxidants and Vitamin A that contribute to brain health, protect our delicate cells, and also help to create new neurons, are rather tasty in fry form. A wonderful meal schools could serve with chicken would be stir-fry made with potato chunks, chick peas, carrots, and browned onions. These low calorie vegetables would help create a wonderful potato dish. A fast and easy sweet potato addition would be potato wedges. If staff cuts simple potatoes into cubes and rinses them, drizzles them in vinegar or oil, and slips them in the oven for 20 minutes, they are done and ready to serve in five.
Truth be told, students like myself that do not have a filling lunch turn out to have a harder time concentrating on the work in front of us and become truculent and attempt to retaliate against teachers who are just doing their jobs. Food is advantageous to strong minds and healthy memories and helps intelligence. The administration office itself advises that before the ACTs and other important Testing Programs, students should get a good night’s sleep along with a healthy breakfast and lunch so that their work seems understandably easier and they can put forth their best effort. They need it to use the problem solving skills the teachers have spent the time and resources to teach successfully and answer a higher number of questions correctly.
