The project managed in this case will be the welcome home parade itself. There are going to be a sum of 6,000+ military troops attending in which transportation and lunch need to be provided to them. The parade itself will showcase military aircrafts also military and local marching bands. All coordination will be provided by the project manager not the military installation (Colorado Springs, N.D.).Business CaseThe projects purpose is to provide a welcome to the deployed troops. Funding for the parade will be provided by eliciting donations and contribution from numerous commercial and non-commercial organizations located in Colorado Springs. The contributor's organizations will be thanks by presenting them a banner in the parade (Colorado Springs, N.D.).Milestone Schedule and Deliverables

Late arrival of soldiers because
Coordinated with local and state police department to provide police escort. And find alternate routes.
Extreme heat/ high temperature
EMS will be deployed every mile to attend to any emergencies and pass out water bottles.
Incline weather/ bad weather.
Move participants to Football stadium nearby.
Transportation is not sufficient for all arriving soldiers
Local schools will have busses and bus drivers in standby if they are needed.
