It is important to consider that since technology has spread throughout the world it has been important for people to establish a more efficient ways of transportation. However, this have required the burned of fuels as oil, coal, gasoline, and other systems, has been damaging the atmosphere and has created a hole the ozone layer, which is a concerned for some environmental scientist and also for all the world. The biggest multinational are aware of the issue, but knowing is doing anything about to stop the production of CO2 and methane.
Through the years people was not aware how significant was the burned of fuel for the atmosphere. Now scientist are able to identify that the ozone layer has a hold and that the future of humanity is in risk, and this is due primary to the burned of fuels that are producing and excessive amount of CO2, and currently it has been found that there is a leak of methane that is even more prejudicial for the environment.
According to an article wrote in Rolling Stone magazine, estates about the scientist community concerned about the recent increase in temperature:
‘“the scientific view that the increase in global temperature should be below two degrees Celsius…we agree that deep cuts in global emissions are required... so as to hold the increase in global temperature below two degrees Celsius." By insisting on two degrees – about 3.6 degrees Fahrenheit” (Rolling Stone Magazine).
Not only the owners of the big fuel companies, but also the Presidents of the countries where they have their mines, know how serious is this situation for the entire world but they refused to stop their production because this will implied a decrease of their profit. However, they have the moral obligation to stop what they are doing but not even the government stopped them from killing the world. Some countries including Kuwait, Nicaragua and Venezuela denied signing Copenhagen Accord, endorsing the two-degree target. The United Arab Emirates, which makes most of its money exporting oil and gas, also agreed to sign they are willing to minimize their fuel production.
Currently, the temperature of the planet has increased by 0.8 degrees Celsius, and consequence, this has caused a lot damage “A third of summer sea ice in the Arctic is gone, the oceans are 30 percent more acidic, and since warm air holds more water vapor than cold, the atmosphere over the oceans is a five percent wetter, loading the dice for devastating floods”. (Rolling Stone Magazine). This is already happening with the hurricanes and stronger...
