There are many people in this world who says just because of him/her I am not happy, but is it true? Happiness is just a state of mind, and It only depends on your mind, many people `you are the ruler of your mind'. If you want to be happy you will be happy, if you have a bad experience at you office or workplace by which you are upset you keep on thinking the incident that has taken place and you won't think anything else and you depress yourself by thinking the same incident that is going through your mind again and again, even if people face good incidents people cannot be happy at that time because they remember their bad experiences and make their mood sad or angry. Every human being living in this world want to stay and live happy and peacefully and it is not possible because every minute the state of mind for a person changes according the situation; for example:- if you are in a theater watching a movie your state of mind changes every possible situation according to the movie being shown, if the character in the movie is crying you will be sad and if the character in the movie is making a comic scene you will be happy and start smiling the next movement. Some people also say that if a person is sad he/she has to think something good that they have done in life or they remember about something good.
